Please help me with chemistry?
Chlorine is added to a pool and can lead to a low pH as it reacts with water to produce hydrochloric acid. A pH level of 7.2-7.6 is optimal. Sodium hydrogen carbonate was added to raise the pH. explain how it raised the pH.
