Breathing problems...?!?

I've had this cold for 8 days symptoms are : (cough, sorethroat, runny/stuffy nose and fever (highest one was 101). I don't feel any better, it's getting worse. I have developed a harsh cough and trouble breathing through my mouth. what could be wrong ? bronchitis's ? strep? flu?
