How long did it take Bush to transform this Republic of United States, into a Tyrannical Dictatorship?

I believe Bush is an honest man who is being constantly attacked by the media, because they can attack him. While Bush may not have always been on top of things, he is a leader who has tried his best to lead America through hard times, such as 9/11, but the Democrats and the media constantly attack him.
