"British-English eyes"..?

Obviously, every culture has distinguishing physical characteristics, namely facial features. I've recently come across the concept of "English Eyes". Basically, the "English Eyes" are saggy. After having this characteristic of Brits pointed out to me on several occasions, I began to wonder if it is well-known. I've done some research but have unfortunately come across nothing legit. So, I was wondering if anyone has any information or knows anything about the "English Eyes" ? Do you even know what I am talking about? Given, not every Brit posesses this trait, but those who do have very defining faces. Just an FYI, I'm not taking any kind of a crack at the Brits, I am genuinely curious.
