Need help finding the title of a great rock song!?

I recently heard a rock song that basically had the story of a guy who was too drunk to (sound). It was great, and I can't find any info on it, nor can I remember details about the lyrics. It was a GREAT song, I felt it was rock style, and it was hysterical. They had bits where the girl would moan in the song presumably from their interactions...any ideas, please? I think this is pretty new. Thank you so much!!
