Why is it important that people conserve energy?

We should not have to conserve energy if we utilized renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and magnetic energy sources. These sources can be built into machine inexpensively, they will produce electricity without limitation, and is safe for our environment. We can use all the electricity we want because it is being produced by renewable means. Its the utility companies telling you to conserve because they want to work less for you while raising your bills for less energy supplied to you.
