Hi , Tina L ,says we cant see any thing on the moon as its too small with powerful telescopes even the buggy?

But we can see craters on other planets, the answer the things are too small does not sound convincing, i was watching "The Sky at night" and part time astronomers could see things in detail with their telescopes in their back gardens, so why cant something like the "Hubble" or even the ones in the southern hemisphere at high altitude cant see anything and by the way i am not conspiracy theorist, just very curious for truth and answers.
