Yo, i just turned 15 and I need help with Boxing training?
alright i started about 2 weeks ago, i can't go to a gym but i have a bag, training gloves, jump rope, and know how to do all the punches: cross, jab, uppercut ect. i've been using the jump rope and doing alot of crunches, pushups, star jumps, and pull ups as well as burpees. work the bag hours a day and run several miles a day, and shadowbox. got any tips or experience you wanna share with me? please professionals only, i'm serious about this, half filipino and huge supporter of ma idol Manny Pacquiao.( i have the determination, endurance and pion. and as a final detail i weigh 170 pounds and am 5 foot 8 inches, my weight is mostly muscle and i'm steadily losing fat) help will be appretiated, thank all of you.
