Which race should I check on my college admissions and paperwork?

It's best to be honest. Note that not every school uses affirmative action. For many they just use it for statistics. But if they do use it, and somehow find out that you lied (withholding information is just as bad as fabricating it), you could get in trouble. I imagine they do have some means of verification, otherwise everyone would just claim to be black or latino.
