What could this illness be?

Hi, Ok on thursday I had a sore throat nausea and was throwing up couldnt keep a thing down, then my neck was really stiff, that night I had a high temperature and felt ill, Friday my throat was really painfull and I felt ill, that night I had a fever, shivers, sweats Saturday I felt nauseous all day long, that night i ate something and started getting cramps and threw it all up, now I feel sick plus have diarreah, what could be wrong? My throat has been very painfull throughout, I have no tonsils, also I have an emergency docs appointment at 9am tomorrow morning, what can I do to feel better until then, I feel too sick to sleep
