I have a question about starbucks?

For an interview you might show your knowledge of what types of drinks they serve, which ones you like the best. If you've ever operated an espresso machine (even a small one). They may ask you how you would handle certain customer problems/situations. Like "What if a customer says the drink does not taste like what she had ordered and she is acting mad about it?" Or, Someone drops or spills their coffee as they are picking it up, do you think they should get another one for free? Try and think of different situations they may ask you about. Stress how much you like working with people and pleasing the customer. Never worked at Starbucks, but I have interviewed a lot!
