Funniest place you have found your cat asleep?

The oval-shaped bathroom sink was a funny surprise the first time she did it. I'd looked almost everywhere for her, never thinking that the cold, hard sink would be a good sleepin but there she was. She loves it there and it forces me to keep the sink nice and clean (and to dry it) for her. Another time I came home from a little shopping and kept hearing Mew,mew sort of faraway in the distance. I couldn't figure out where she was but eventually traced to sound to my sock drawer! She somehow jumped in when I wasn't looking and I don't know how I could have closed it without seeing her there except that it is a deep drawer and was partly empty at the time. She didn't make a sound as I got ready to go out or when I shut the drawer. Good thing I wasn't gone long! Poor kitty was scared but she *did* look a little funny when she made a flying leap out of my sock drawer. Now I always check before closing things.
