Computer Just for Photoshop?

A Core2Duo system would be fine for what she needs. Photoshop can use GPU acceleration now though that much RAM on the card is probably not needed. The PSU needs upgraded. 350W is nothing now. HDD space is up to preference but 1TB for photo work does seem excessive. Video would be a different story.
