Catholics: I'm in urgent need of guidance?

Catholicism really feels like the True religion, and makes the most sense. Therefore I want to convert. However, I don't have very strong faith and am having doubts. The reason I'm having these doubts is because I'm a skeptic by nature, and I don't see how we can know that Catholicism is true over any other religion, such as Buddhism, Islam, etc. Because of this, I feel like I can't be sure and therefore am very weak in my faith and only half heartedly believe. What can I do about this? How can my skepticism and doubts be removed and I can know that Catholicism is true?
