Can kissing a family member cled as ?

When I was 11 I shared a few kisses with my female cousin, and later when I was 13, my sister who was 15 at the time, had a french kiss for about a minute or so. Now it's did'nt go any further than that, but you could'nt be jailed for that surely? And while I know some will view it as gross there are a few who practise this. Someone wrote me one time saying she was having with her brother, then he tried it on with her sister, now the original girl has with her sister too. That said, could have just been a story to wind me up, but my question comes out of curiousity, I would'nt actually want to have with a family member although I do fantasise about me being in a gay or straight scenario where any family member could be involved. IS that strange..or maybe i am just too highly ually active :)
