Are former Hilary Clinton voters (now John McCain supporters) voting for McCain because of Palin?

As a woman, I hope that no one will vote for a ticket solely based upon the of a candidate on the ticket, or for that matter, the skin color. None of us should vote based upon physical attributes. We should all vote for the ticket that we feel would be the best to deal with our economy, energy, foreign policy, etc. It is important that our vote is not based upon short-sightedness and basically reverse discrimination.
