2 hour stopover in mumbai!?

I'm flying to Bangkok next week with jet airways India, and i have a 2 hour stopover in Mumbai. I'm really scared that 2 hours isn't going to be long enough for me to check in again for the bangkok flight and for my luggage to be put onto that flight! anyone who knows how this works, it would be very very greatly appreciated if you could put my mind at rest!! x
